HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Phase one / Consultation takes about 1-2 weeks
Phase two / Creating the design board/shopping list takes about 1-2 weeks
Phase three / Once product is received, we can set up your room in about 2-3 hours. If you have more than one room, additional time will be required.
WHO BUYS, TRACKS & RECEIVES THE PRODUCT?
You, do! This can be done all at once or as you have more resources. We will prioritize the shopping list for you, but you are in control of everything that is purchased.
WHAT IF I WANT MORE REVISIONS?
No problem! You get 2 free revisions with your package, and we want you to love it! If more is necessary, there is a $50 charge per revision fee.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO SPEND ALL OF MY BUDGETED AMOUNT? OR WHAT IF I WANT TO SPEND MORE?
You get to decide what/when/if to purchase. We typically add a few options that will stretch your budget but these items are not necessary. We add them for you to consider in the future. This way you know what pieces could be added down the road. Think birthday or Christmas list!
WHO FINDS THE CONTRACTORS & MANAGES THEM?
You get to find, choose, and manage them. We can help with design installation questions that come from your contractor. For example: how high you would like your pendant lights hung, an explanation on tile design installation, dimensions of a custom shelving piece, etc.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND & ADD PHASE 3? (IN-HOUSE DESIGN)
Of course! Simply email us for a quote, then we will set up a date to style your home. We do bring a handyman with us who does our hanging and installation pieces. His rate is $30/ hour.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO BUY OFF YOUR SPECIFIC URL?
Buying off our url (website link) insures you have the right size and product. This saves on time and returns! Also, this is how we keep our prices down. We do receive a kickback from some of our vendors with no extra cost to you.
