Wolverine Drive Exterior Reveal

Here we go! Starting with the exterior of our Wolverine Drive Project. This project is unique in that our client wanted a contemporary/modern exterior, but at the same time, wanted the exterior to be inviting and timeless. We decided to split the home in half essentially, and paint half of the home white and the other half black for a contemporary look. The lighting, windows, landscaping, and house numbers give it a modern look. While the shape, siding materials, and roofing give it more of an approachable exterior.
