Brokentop VRBO - Living Room & Half Bath

We’re sharing the Living Room and Half Bath from our Brokentop VRBO Project! This living space had its challenges! It’s a very tight space, and we wanted it to feel comfortable and larger. To achieve that, we put the same flooring throughout, and went for airy chairs and a larger sofa. The space now feels open, yet cozy. We love it! We also wanted the half bath to feel special, so we added a fun cement tile and added a gray vanity.

Spring Drive Project - Basement

It’s time to share the basement with you from our Spring Drive Project! It’s incredibly hard to get good pictures in basements because they don’t offer any natural light, but you will get the idea! This basement transformation is one of our favorites to date!

Low/High Living Room Design

Let’s face it, we all can’t afford a brand new living room with high-end pieces, but we can mix, match, and prioritize pieces.  Sometimes, you just want to “get the look” for a season, and save for high quality pieces. If you’re on a budget, we recommend investing in anchor pieces (sofa, rug, accent chairs, coffee table, and lighting) as you can.  Here’s an example of a high and low living room design, so you can get the look!
