Let's Talk Kitchen Styling

I like to think of kitchens as the center of the home. It’s where a lot of living happens and just like every family, each kitchen should have it’s own personality. So how do you create that unique look that elevates your home’s style at the same time? Check out our tips below!

The Island

The area of your kitchen is one of the most used. It’s important not to crowd this space so that it stays open for dinner prep and gathering. We suggest a pop of greenery with either a potted plant or vase with your favorite seasonal clippings. Pairing it with a smaller bowl OR a fruit bowl and a wood board.

Next to the stovetop

Blending utility and style is important in this space as well. Pair a crock with wooden spoons, a cookbook & mixing bowl together. Store commonly used items in a drawer nearby to lessen countertop clutter.

Shelves

Keep open shelving minimal and display your favorite pieces while being conscious of functionality. We suggest pairing art, dishware, mixing bowls, and decorative objects.

By the sink

Another area where utility is priority! But that doesn’t mean you can’t make it look good while doing it’s job. Style with dishsoap, hand towel & dish brush. See our picks below.
