Pronghorn Project Pt. II

Bed & Bath

Welcome to the bed & bath portion of our Pronghorn Project reveal where we take you through the more intimate spaces of this desert dwelling. Pulling a lot of inspiration from the outdoors, we leaned into cozy textural linens, raw organic materials, and comforting neutrals. Come along and get inspired by the sanctuaries we dreamt up. These are the spaces in your home where your most treasured rituals take place.

The primary wing is one of my favorites: we have this juxtaposition of masculine design with soft airy materials. We used Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore throughout the house and primary sleeping quarters. We received a lot of inquiries about the new styling of our bedrooms these days. We think your husband is going to love this minimal (no pillow) look. Inspired? Just take an oversized linen coverlet, lay your sleeping pillows flat, graciously pull over the coverlet to the headboard and tuck at the front phalange of the pillow! Fold each side and steam…there you have it! We do have to admit, our Charli Nightstands are the pièce de résistance.

New, Yet Nostalgic

Forever subscribers to olive green, vintage stone sinks, and moody hard finishes. Want in on the paint color? We went with Randolph Gray by Benjamin Moore for a moody yet neutral pop of contrast. The polished nickel accents are a nod to European culture while the old-age sink gives a lesson on texture and scale!

The guest bath showers are nothing short of one-of-a-kind. Each space is filled with unlacquered brass that will patina overtime and organic handmade square tiles stacked with different grout thicknesses for a unique look.

Built to Last

Bedrooms have the biggest impact on your well-being and mood. We built this six bunk hideout with an emphasis of quality, joy, and ever-lasting memories. A bedroom is a personalized anchor point of the home, these kids will have a sweet temple to rest, catch up on reading with their personal night lamps, enjoy telling stories, giggling after bed, and creating serenity in their own wellness journeys. There may or may not be a secret fort above the bunks to give more room for activities! Fun fact: there is floral drapery coming for the interior surrounding of each bunk…
